CCRA Hotel Program Agreement – Terms and Conditions

The CCRA International Program is FREE to all certified travel agencies.

As part of your membership, your Agency will receive our monthly copy of the CCRA eNewsletter and weekly promotional offers. It is understood that CCRA's Hotel Program is your Agency's PRIMARY HOTEL PROGRAM and that you are authorizing CCRA to act on your behalf as your agency's preferred hotel program supplier. The agency is not authorized to enter into any separate contracts with any hotel or chain on behalf of CCRA. CCRA is pleased to accept recommendations for adding hotels or chains to the existing program. Your Agency acknowledges its consent to receive promotional emails by executing this sign-up form.

This agreement between CCRA and your Agency is made to assist the Agency in marketing itself to existing and potential corporate & leisure clients by offering the preferred rate hotel program. The Agency agrees to utilize the CCRA Program at every opportunity by booking hotels from the Program in the GDS using the following formats:
