room nights annually. While our agency mix tends toward the
leisure market by 55%, our corporate market is very strong at
45%. Many of our agency groups handle multinational accounts.

ASTA is the world's largest association of travel professionals. Members include travel agents, independent agents, and the companies whose products they sell. ASTA is the leading advocate for travel agents, the travel industry and the traveling public. ASTA's official mission statement is "to enhance the professionalism and profitability of member agents through effective representation in industry and government affairs, education and training, and by identifying and meeting the needs of the traveling public". Under our ongoing contract with ASTA, CCRA International is the preferred Hotel Program for ASTA, and a Preferred Supplier of AMSI (ASTA Marketing Services).

CLIA is North America’s largest cruise industry
organization. The nonprofit CLIA is administered by a Ft. Lauderdale
headquarters staff and dedicated professionals in a Washington,
DC office, as well as training team members throughout the United
States. CLIA represents the interests of 24 cruise lines that
represent 97% of the cruise capacity marketed from North America. CLIA
participates in regulatory and policy development in support of
measures that foster a safe, secure and healthy cruise ship
environment. CLIA also engages in travel agent training, research and
marketing to promote the value of cruise vacations. CCRA International
is an Allied Preferred Supplier for CLIA travel agency members.

Cruise Shoppes' main focus is on
selling cruises. Cruise Shoppes affiliation with choice cruse
agencies is a point of difference. Cruise only agents have
upscale clients and need access to air, car and hotels.

IT Group members include The
Travel Authority, International Tours, GalaxSea Cruises, BTS
Travel Network, MART and Travelers Choice. IT Group is
focusing on technology and marketing to remain a leader in
leisure travel. IT Group has one of the largest independent
agent networks and does not take on new agencies without vetted
travel experience. IT Group will emerge as a leader in the
independent agency arena.
CCRA has an exclusive agreement
to be the sole provider of IT Group hotel program through 2008.

NACOA is unique as the only trade association within the travel industry to focus attention exclusively on the cruise vacation product, the needs of cruise oriented agents and the cruise industry as a whole.

NACTA is one of the leading
travel trade associations, representing independent
contractors, outside sales agents; cruise/tour oriented agents
and their host agency partners. NACTA is a wholly owned
subsidiary of ASTA. ASTA formed this alliance with NACTA in
January of 2000. ASTA realized the NACTA's unique membership
base truly represents the new breed of travel professionals.

The Professional Association of Travel Hosts, Inc. is a non-profit, all-encompassing, non-partisan corporation, with a membership comprised of Host Agencies and Travel Suppliers. There are over 10,000+ home-based agents affiliated with Host Agencies. PATH offers the opportunity to communicate with these people efficiently. PATH aims to establish a Code of Ethics and Performance Standards for Host Agencies; bring training opportunities to its members and their affiliated travel agents; and further communications between the Host Agency members, affiliates and travel suppliers.
